The Supreme Court Of Florida, USA, Has Made A Ruling On The Packaging Of E-cigarettes.

According to vaping360 news on September 18th,
The Supreme Court of Florida is about to rule on whether the state regulations that prohibit electronic cigarette stores from displaying and selling products with text or images accurately describing the flavors of electronic cigarettes are legal. The court will hear this case on October 8th.
The packaging regulations in Florida came into effect in September 2018. A year earlier, the state passed a law prohibiting "attractive to minors" single-use packaging.
The Florida Department of Health has translated this law into rules. The regulation prohibits retailers from selling e-cigarette products with pictures or descriptions on their packaging that contain elements such as fruits, candies, desserts, and many others that might "attract minors".
