According to an article by Ekathimerini on September 18th: Greek customs authorities seized the largest batch of illegal e-cigarette products to date at the Evzonio border crossing, and arrested a suspect.
Customs inspectors found 118,300 e-cigarette refill cartridges and vapor devices in a vehicle with a Kosovo license plate, with a total capacity of 1.587 million milliliters.
The truck and the cargo were confiscated, and the driver was also detained. He declared the goods as display stands, bottles, clothing and packaging materials.
The estimated value of the seized goods was 303,500 euros.
