At EDL, we boast 20 injection molding machines equipped with robotic arms, which enable exceptionally efficient production.

Introducing these automatic injection molding machine to our in-house manufacturing also gives us great flexibilities in producing the most varied plastic casters - from heat-resistant to hi-steam ones.

We assemble both automatically and manually, but both delicately.

Assembly of the brackets is mainly taken over by our robots while that of the brakes by hands. By engaging both machine and handwork in the process, we deliver you casters featuring a perfect combination of the accuracy and craftsmanship.
