E-cigarette Export Data For The First Quarter Of 2026

The latest data from the General Administration of Customs shows that in 2026, China's e-cigarette exports witnessed a "V-shaped" recovery: In January, the export value was 940 million US dollars (down 6.2% year-on-year), and in February, it soared to 754 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 51.2%. The cumulative export value for the first two months was 1.694 billion US dollars.
The market landscape has changed: The United States, the United Kingdom and Germany remain in the top three (with exports of 563 million, 173 million and 108 million respectively), but the weight of Asia has significantly increased - Japan has risen to the fourth-largest export market with 85.55 million US dollars, while South Korea, Malaysia and Indonesia are all among the top ten. The United Arab Emirates (with 78.74 million US dollars) continues to play a role as a transit hub in the Middle East.
