The "Measures for the Management of Confiscated Tobacco Articles" consists of nine chapters and 31 chapters. It standardizes and connects with the Ministry of Finance's "Measures for the Management of Confiscated Tobacco Articles". It is closely combined with the actual situation of the tobacco monopoly supervision department and focuses on solving the problem of disposal of fined and confiscated tobacco articles in grassroots law enforcement. Comprehensive regulations have been made on the receipt, storage, disposal and revenue handover of confiscated tobacco items, improved the disposal methods of various types of confiscated tobacco items, optimized the disposal process of confiscated cigarettes and confiscated tobacco leaf raw materials, and clarified the provisions for confiscated cigarette accessories, cigarette machines and electronic cigarettes.
