The Law in Arkansas Prohibiting The Sale Of Unapproved E-cigarette Products Will Come Into Effect On November 1st.

According to 4029TV News on October 30th: Starting from November 1st, all retailers must comply with this law. The law has established a list of regulated manufacturers and products, allowing retailers to sell these products. There are a total of 12 manufacturers and 140 different products on the list.
The list has been updated since the relevant law came into effect and will continue to be updated. Retailers have 120 days to remove prohibited products.
This bill also prohibits the promotion of e-cigarette products to minors, including those printed with superheroes, mythological figures, cartoon characters and other themes.
The ban also prohibits vaping in schools, medical institutions and childcare facilities.
Scott Harding from the Finance and Administration Department said that although some businesses may suffer losses due to this regulation, it is for the benefit of the people of Arkansas.
Harding said: "We may see some stores struggling because they can no longer sell these dangerous products."
He added: "Ultimately, it is a good thing for the people of Arkansas because if you use these e-cigarettes and assume that you know exactly what's inside, you are taking a risk because our investigation results are not like that at all."
Previously, Arkansas had banned Delta-8 e-cigarettes earlier this year.
