Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau Cross-Regional Law Enforcement Inspection Notice
In order to carry out special inspections to regulate the order of the e-cigarette market, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and relevant institutional provisions, the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau now authorizes designated law enforcement officers to exercise administrative law enforcement powers across regions.

In order to carry out special inspections to regulate the order of the e-cigarette market, in accordance with the "Tobacco Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Implementation of the Tobacco Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China", "Measures for the Administration of Tobacco Monopoly Enforcement Qualifications" and other laws, regulations and relevant institutional provisions, the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau Designated law enforcement officers are now authorized to exercise administrative law enforcement powers across regions.
1. List of authorized personnel
1. Authorize the following personnel to exercise law enforcement powers across regions within Shenzhen City
Li Haoran, Xiang Wei, Fang Lerui, Shen Jie.
2. Authorize the following personnel to exercise cross-regional law enforcement powers within Baoan District, Shenzhen City
Futian District Tobacco Monopoly Bureau: Zheng Dong and Dong Kang Group;
Luohu District Tobacco Monopoly Bureau: Li Yong, Yang Yanping;
Nanshan District Tobacco Monopoly Bureau: Rong Zhanhang, Xue Hanzhong;
Longhua District Tobacco Monopoly Bureau: Chen Xuming, Wang Rongbing, Zhang Li;
Dapeng New District Tobacco Monopoly Bureau: Chen Cong.
2. The authorization period is from the date of issuance of this notice to July 15, 2024.
3. Law enforcement matters and content: Conduct standardized business inspections on e-cigarette market entities.
4. During the authorization period, the authorized personnel shall obey the unified dispatch of the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau's special inspection working group to regulate the order of the e-cigarette market, and shall not carry out law enforcement activities against e-cigarette related manufacturing enterprises without arrangements.
