Joint Law Enforcement Operation By Six States in The United States: Seizure Of Illegal Electronic Cigarette Products Containing Synthetic 7-OH

According to a report by WRAL media on September 9th: Joint law enforcement operations have removed tens of thousands of harmful products from six states.
The Gas Station Heroin Alliance today expressed appreciation for the joint law enforcement action taken by Attorney General Pam Bondi and Health and Public Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. against distributors and retailers selling illegal e-cigarette products, including those containing concentrated synthetic 7-hydroxy methadone (7-OH).
This large-scale operation spanned six states and seized tens of thousands of illegal items, many of which contained concentrated synthetic 7-OH - a foreign laboratory-made compound with a potency 13 times higher than morphine. This large-scale seizure operation came at a time when federal health officials and several state attorneys general are increasingly strongly warning of the threat of synthetic 7-OH. The most recent warning was in Montana.
7-OH is a metabolite that exists only in trace amounts after Kratom leaves are dried. But the synthetic 7-OH opioids sold at gas stations, tobacco shops, and convenience stores across the country are not natural ingredients. Instead, they are processed by lawbreakers using irritant chemicals such as pool shock and ethyl acetate to extract the plant extract and strengthen it into an opioid, and marketed to the most vulnerable populations.
