Expansion Of The FDA's Enforcement Authority

The FDA has expanded its enforcement scope to "one-time flavored products" and updated the enforcement priority document (2020 edition). The enforcement scope has been expanded from e-cigarette cartridges to:
→ All flavored disposable electronic nicotine delivery systems (flavored disposable ENDS). At the same time, a formal definition of "one-time products" is required to facilitate uniform enforcement.
