Exclusive interview with Dubai retailer My Vapery: The secret to product success lies in distribution channels and cooperation networks

The marketing manager of My Vapery, an e-cigarette retailer in the UAE, said that illegal sales of large-volume e-cigarettes still have a market on the black market, which has caused a certain impact on formal companies. The key to the success of e-cigarette products lies in effective distribution channels and a wide range of cooperation networks.
From June 12 to 14, the World Vape Show was held at the Dubai World Trade Center, attracting exhibitors and professional visitors from all over the world. As one of the exhibitors, My Vapery's marketing manager Mary Azmy shared with the two supreme leaders the company's distribution in the Middle East market, the challenges it faces, and its outlook for the future.

Mary told Two Supremes that My Vapery is the largest e-cigarette retailer in the UAE, representing more than 52 brands and currently distributing more than 200 key customers. She said that all products distributed by the company are certified by the UAE Standards Authority (ESMA) to ensure health and safety. However, she also mentioned that illegal sales of large-puff e-cigarettes still have a market on the black market, which has a certain impact on formal companies.
She said that a large number of uncertified disposable e-cigarettes have entered the market, which has had a negative impact on the Middle East market.
Mary believes that the key to the success of an e-cigarette product lies in effective distribution channels and a wide network of cooperation. For example, My Vapery has established connections with well-known channels such as Carrefour and ENOC in the UAE to ensure the brand's visibility and influence in the market.

In recent years, the Middle East has become an emerging paradise for the development of e-cigarette brands, and many companies have chosen to deploy products in the Middle East. But Mary said that My Vapery is very cautious in selecting products and currently focuses on the high-end market to meet customer expectations.
At the same time, Mary mentioned that My Vapery sells only pre-filled cartridge-type e-cigarettes, providing a variety of product options to cater to different consumer needs.
Mary emphasized that ensuring product safety and health is always the core of the company's operations. She said that the company is cautiously optimistic about the future trends of the Middle East market. She believes that the high-end market will be the focus of future development, but at the same time it is also necessary to ensure that all products meet safety standards. Although there is no specific forecast in the short term, the company will continue to pay attention to market dynamics to adapt to changes.
Mary hopes to ensure that all exhibited products are legal to protect customer safety and establish a fair competition environment for the industry. She believes that this is a great opportunity to showcase products and connect with potential customers.
The two supremes will continue to bring more first-line news at the Dubai exhibition, in-depth reports on the latest developments, market trends and new product launches of major exhibitors, so stay tuned.
