Dubai Market Research | VOZOL, TUGBOAT and other brands are popular, small-screen, large-screen products are the mainstream
Two Supremes found in the Dubai market research that among these popular products, most of them have a small screen that can display the power and oil level. Except for the large side screen of GEEKBAR Pulse, no other large-screen products were seen.
As the Dubai E-cigarette Exhibition is about to open on June 11, the Two Supremes team went deep into the Dubai market to conduct research and investigation to understand the brand structure and market characteristics of the market. As the distribution center of e-cigarette transactions in the Middle East, Dubai also provides us with a window to understand the trends of the entire Middle East market.
During the market visit, Two Supremes found that although the mainstream products in the Dubai market are disposable e-cigarettes, on the shelves of each e-cigarette store, open e-cigarette products dominate, followed by e-liquids, and the number of disposable e-cigarettes is relatively small.

However, in the many e-cigarette stores visited by the Two Supremes team, a common phenomenon was observed: whenever a customer enters the store, the clerk will first briefly ask the customer's needs, and then take out a variety of disposable e-cigarettes from under the hidden counter for recommendation and introduction. It is reported that this practice is to circumvent local regulatory measures.

Specifically, in the Dubai market, only those e-cigarette products that have passed compliance certification and paid the necessary taxes can be placed on the shelves for public sale. Those e-cigarettes imported through informal channels have to "hide" under the counter for secret sales.
However, there are a few "bold" shop owners who will put e-cigarettes that do not meet the regulations on the shelves for public sale.
This situation is consistent with what the two supremes observed a year ago, but the difference is that the brands sold "under the counter" have changed.
The disposable products that can be placed on the shelves have not changed much in a year, and they are still NERD BAR, JIXIA VAPE, POLD SALT, etc. However, the products "under the counter" have changed from YUOTO to VOZOL, TUGBOAT, GEEKBAR, etc.
Many clerks revealed to the two supremes that VOZOL has surpassed YUOTO and become the most popular e-cigarette brand in the Dubai market. At the same time, VOZOL-related promotional materials can be seen everywhere on the walls or doors of many stores.

Among these popular products, Two Supremes found that most products have a small screen that can display the power and oil level. Except for the large side screen of GEEKBAR Pulse, no other large-screen products were seen.
In terms of the number of puffs, a clerk explained to Two Supremes that the current best-selling e-cigarettes on the market are those with more than 10,000 puffs, while e-cigarettes with 5,000 to 8,000 puffs are gradually losing popularity.
When the clerk was asked about the law enforcement characteristics of the Dubai regulatory agency, most people chose to avoid answering. However, a dealer revealed that Dubai will impose fines on stores that sell illegal e-cigarettes, but there is no clear standard for the specific amount of fines, which is highly arbitrary.
As the official partner of this exhibition, the Two Supremes team will be on site to bring the most cutting-edge on-site reports to the majority of users, so stay tuned.
In addition, Two Supremes will hold the "Dubai E-Cigarette Exhibition and In-depth Sharing Session of the Middle East Market" after the exhibition. This sharing session is exclusive for members.
