Brazilian police seized 1,550 smuggled e-cigarettes

During the Brazilian "Protector Operation", the Border Police Battalion (BPFron) seized a large number of illegal smuggled items, including 1,550 e-cigarettes. It is reported that five people involved in the case, including the vehicle, have been arrested by the police, and these people and the seized items have been handed over to the Federal Taxation Bureau of Iguazu.

 

According to jornaldooeste on August 12, during the Brazilian "Protector Operation", the Border Police Battalion (BPFron) seized a large number of illegal smuggled items, including 1,550 e-cigarettes, 230 mobile phones and 11,000 computer memories, none of which have gone through legal customs procedures. It is estimated that the total value of the illegal goods seized this time exceeds 1.14 million reais (about 210,000 US dollars).

 

It is reported that five people involved in the case, including the vehicle, have been arrested by the police, and these people and the seized items have been handed over to the Federal Taxation Bureau of Iguazu.
