US FDA updates import red list: products of 10 Chinese companies including Aizhaoyi, Saiermei, and Fumote are included

The U.S. FDA has strengthened control over the import of unauthorized e-cigarettes. In 2024, 13 new e-cigarette manufacturers and distributors will be added to the "red list", including 10 well-known Chinese e-cigarette companies such as Azoy, Selmei, and Formotech. The FDA called on these companies to provide evidence to remove products and ensure that the goods comply with regulations.
