Ispire reaches new ODM cooperation with monthly order volume reaching 3 million sets

Aspire Science and Technology Limited, a subsidiary of Ispire, has established an ODM relationship with a global atomization product brand, with annual revenue expected to exceed $100 million, and the first batch of orders will be shipped in July 2024. The company's co-CEO emphasized that the supply agreement reflects global leadership.

According to the Ispire official website on June 4, Ispire Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ISPR) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Aspire Science and Technology Limited has successfully established an original design and manufacturing (ODM) relationship with a global leading atomization product brand.

The company has begun to receive purchase orders of 3 million sets per month and expects to maintain a stable level in the next 12 months. This move is expected to bring Ispire more than $100 million in annual operating income. The first batch of orders will be shipped in July 2024.
