Brazil seizes more than 1,000 smuggled e-cigarettes, including "IGNITE" and "OXBAR" e-cigarette brands

Recently, Brazil seized more than a thousand smuggled e-cigarettes, involving e-cigarette brands such as "IGNITE" and "OXBAR", and the value of the items involved was as high as 78,000 reais (about 99,149 yuan).

According to H2FOZ media on August 7, the Brazilian federal police arrested a man carrying a large amount of smuggled items during a routine inspection.

At the Friendship Bridge International Checkpoint (Paraguayan border), customs officers seized more than a thousand e-cigarettes during a routine inspection on Wednesday local time. These items were hidden in two vehicles.

In the first inspection, customs officers found e-cigarettes in the speakers of a taxi. The products belonged to a Paraguayan passenger and were worth about 28,000 reais (about 35,592 yuan).

According to the Brazilian Federal Tax Bureau (RFB), the taxi and the passenger were released, and the goods were seized. The specific number of products seized this time has not been announced in detail.

During another inspection, law enforcement officers found various smuggled items in the trunk of a vehicle driven by a Brazilian driver, including 979 e-cigarettes, 21 bottles of red wine, 20 boxes of sexual stimulant "Bee Love" and a mobile phone. The total value of these items is about 50,000 reais (about RMB 63,557).

According to the pictures in the report, the smuggled e-cigarettes involved brands such as "IGNITE" and "OXBAR".
