Uzbekistan Has Completely Banned Electronic Cigarettes.

According to the OXU news report on November 28th: Uzbekistan has announced a nationwide ban on the circulation and sale of e-cigarettes and their liquid contents.
Legal signing: President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed the relevant law.
The bill was passed by the lower house of the parliament in January, approved by the upper house in April, and was officially incorporated into multiple regulatory revisions on November 27th.
Criminal liability: Offenders will face criminal penalties, including: a fine of 300–500 benchmark measurement units (approximately 10,300–17,200 US dollars), 2–3 years of labor reform, 3–5 years of restricted freedom or imprisonment. Applicable scope: All electronic devices for nicotine consumption, non-burning tobacco products, e-cigarettes and related liquids. Leniency clause: If the offender voluntarily confesses and hands over the prohibited products, they can be exempted from legal responsibility.
