Russian customs seized more than 2,000 illegal e-cigarettes involving the brand GEEK BAR

Russian customs seized more than 2,000 illegal e-cigarettes and nearly 18,000 bottles of e-cigarette oil, involving the brand "GEEK BAR". These products were seized due to lack of labeling.

According to Amic.Ru on December 2, the customs of the Altai region of Russia seized thousands of illegal e-cigarettes and their oils in a store in Barnaul. The seized products involved the e-cigarette brand "GEEK BAR".

When inspecting a store, the authorities found more than 2,000 illegal e-cigarettes, nearly 18,000 bottles of e-cigarette oil and 187 packs of hookah tobacco. These products lacked the necessary DataMatrix code identification. The batch of goods has been seized by law enforcement officers.

Since the beginning of 2024, more than 20,000 packs of unmarked cigarettes, 3,000 e-cigarettes, more than 19,000 bottles of e-cigarette oil and 123 cans of nicotine-containing chewing mixtures have been found in the region.
