According to a report by TASS news on November 6th: Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved the idea of completely banning the sale of e-cigarettes in the Russian Federation. He emphasized that in addition to the ban, education and promotional campaigns targeting young people are also crucial.
This proposal was put forward by social movement leader Ekaterina Leshtinskaya, who cited the experiences of the Commonwealth of Independent States and other countries.
