In March, Hangzhou cracked a major illegal operation of cigarettes and e-cigarettes network case, involving a value of more than 30 million. In the same month, the Longnan Public Security Bureau in Gansu cracked a major e-cigarette counterfeiting case, involving a turnover of 130 million yuan, and arrested 22 people.

 

In April, Zhejiang cracked a case of illegal production and sale of counterfeit e-cigarettes exceeding 15 million yuan. Lianyungang Haizhou Public Security Bureau cut off a cross-provincial illegal e-cigarette sales chain and arrested 6 people, with the amount involved exceeding 2 million yuan.

 

In May, the police in Heze, Shandong seized nearly 200,000 counterfeit e-cigarettes, involving more than 10 million yuan; the police in Qinghai cracked a major illegal e-cigarette network case involving more than 150 million yuan. In addition, Zhejiang and Gansu successively cracked major cases of illegal production and sale of counterfeit e-cigarettes exceeding 100 million yuan.

 

From the end of May to the beginning of June, the police in Songyang County, Zhejiang Province cracked a case of production and sale of counterfeit e-cigarettes, involving more than 10 million yuan. During the same period, the Zhejiang police also cracked a case of illegal operation of fruit-flavored e-cigarettes, involving more than 10 million yuan; the police in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province cracked a major illegal production and sale of e-cigarettes across more than ten provinces, involving 300 million yuan.

 

Relevant departments said that they will continue to increase supervision and crack down on illegal e-cigarette production and sales to ensure the healthy development of the market.
