Illegal e-cigarette shipments seized in Bahia, Brazil, involving "ELFBAR" and "IGNITE" brands

The 24th Military Police Battalion of Brazil seized a batch of unlicensed e-cigarettes during a routine inspection at the Brumado Bus Terminal, involving the brands "ELFBAR" and "IGNITE".

According to Acorda Cidade on July 22, the Tactical Operations Group (Ceto) of the 24th Military Police Battalion of Brazil seized a batch of e-cigarettes during a routine inspection at the Brumado Bus Terminal in Bahia, Brazil on July 20.

According to information provided by the Achei Sudoeste website, the team intercepted an interstate bus from Sao Paulo to Ceabra and found a box of e-cigarettes and related items without tax documents on the bus. Among the e-cigarettes seized were the brands "ELFBAR" and "IGNITE".

The destination of the goods was the city of Jaguará. After the interception, the bus was allowed to continue its journey.

All seized items were sent to the Brumado Local Police Station for appropriate legal measures.
