According to a report by PR Newswire on June 9th, the Malaysian subsidiary of Fogma Technology, Ispire Malaysia, has issued a clarification stating that it fully complies with regulations and only engages in export manufacturing activities.
Ispire Malaysia confirmed that all manufacturing activities at its factory in Johor Province are solely for export purposes and do not involve any production or distribution of liquids or gels containing nicotine or cannabis within Malaysia or for export within Malaysia.
Michael Wang, the co-CEO of Ispire Technology Inc., said: "Ispire Malaysia operates under strict procedures to ensure that all manufacturing activities are 100% oriented towards export. We believe our operations fully comply with Malaysian laws and we are committed to achieving transparency and regulatory cooperation at the federal and state levels."
Key clarification: No local distribution: All products manufactured in Malaysia are not sold, distributed or marketed in the Malaysian market.
No nicotine or cannabis components: The factory only produces semi-finished vaporizer hardware and any part of the production process does not involve liquids or gels.
No production of any medical devices: Although the factory is capable of producing certified components, it has not produced any medical devices at present. Any future activities in this field will be subject to comprehensive regulatory review.
Advanced safety features: Ispire products will integrate blockchain-based age restrictions and geographic fencing technology to ensure that they are only used by adults and in compliant areas. The company's patented technology has been submitted for review by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The company also pointed out that recent comments related to cannabis-related products are based on marketing materials related to Ispire's US business, and the company's operations in the US allow the sale of cannabis products. These materials do not reflect the nature of the company's business in Malaysia.

The investment target of Ispire Malaysia exceeds 50 million US dollars. It positions itself as the leading manufacturing center in Southeast Asia, supporting job creation and technological innovation that align with Malaysia's industrial development goals.
Mr. Wang said: "We have always been committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety and corporate responsibility."
