China exported about 12.27 million US dollars worth of e-cigarettes to Japan in May, down 23% from the previous month
In May 2024, China's e-cigarette exports to Japan were about 12.27 million US dollars, a decrease of 23% from the previous month and 81% from the previous year; the export volume was about 90 tons, a decrease of 10.31% from the previous month and 79.86% from the previous year.
According to the trade data updated by the General Administration of Customs, the two supreme statistics of e-cigarette data exported from China to Japan in May 2024.
The details are as follows:
The export volume was approximately US$12.27 million, a decrease of 23% month-on-month and 81% year-on-year.
The export volume was about 90 tons, a decrease of 10.31% month-on-month and 79.86% year-on-year.
The export unit price was US$135.47/kg, down 14.1% month-on-month and 5.5% year-on-year; the average price of "electronic cigarettes and similar personal electronic atomization devices" was US$27.7/unit.
Among them, "electronic cigarettes and similar personal electronic atomization devices" accounted for 96.6% of the export categories, while "products that do not contain tobacco or recycled tobacco and contain nicotine and are not burned for inhalation" accounted for 3.4%.
