Announcement on Soliciting Public Opinions on the "Implementation Measures for the Administrative Penalty Discretion of the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Draft for Soliciting Comments)"

Relevant units and people from all walks of life can submit their opinions and suggestions for revisions by email and mailing address before December 30, 2024.

In accordance with the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, the Tobacco Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau has revised the Implementation Provisions of the Administrative Penalty Discretion of the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Shenyanzhuan [2023] No. 152) and formed the Implementation Measures of the Administrative Penalty Discretion of the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Draft for Comments). Now, the public is soliciting opinions. Relevant units and people from all walks of life can submit their opinions and suggestions for revisions by the following two methods before December 30, 2024 (please sign the personal name of the person submitting the opinion, stamp the official seal of the unit, and provide contact information):
