On September 19, Zhang Jianmin, Director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, met with Philip Morris International CEO Jacek Olczak in Beijing, and Deputy Director Han Zhanwu and other leaders attended.

On September 19, Zhang Jianmin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration and General Manager of China National Tobacco Corporation, met with Philip Morris International CEO Jacek Olczak in Beijing, and the two sides held friendly talks.

Han Zhanwu, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, also met with the meeting.

The heads of the State Administration Office (Foreign Affairs Department), Development Planning Department, Economic Operation Department, China Cigarette Sales Company, and China Tobacco International Group Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.
