Yinghe Technology: No domestic e-cigarette sales plan for now, MEMERS and VFLY focus on the US market

Yinghe Technology said that all of Skol's e-cigarette products are exported, mainly sold to overseas markets, and the company has no domestic sales plan for the time being. Its e-cigarette brands MEMERS and VFLY products focus on the promotion and sales in the US market.
Recently, an investor asked Yinghe Technology (300457.SZ) on the interactive platform whether the company's subsidiary Skol has obtained the production and sales license from the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, and whether it plans to sell e-cigarettes in China?
In response, Yinghe Technology stated that its holding subsidiary Skol has obtained the "Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise License" (Electronic Cigarette Product Manufacturer) issued by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. At present, all of Skol's e-cigarette products are exported, mainly sold to overseas markets, and the company has no domestic sales plan for the time being.
In addition, the company revealed that the experience store opened by Skol in the UK in 2024 has officially opened for business and is operating well. Its e-cigarette brands MEMERS and VFLY products focus on the promotion and sales in the US market.
