The OSMV Office, an agency under the Department of Trade and Industry of the Philippines, announced the latest list of companies that have obtained PS licenses, including 6 e-cigarette importers and 3 heated tobacco product importers. One company has been suspended from issuing licenses. Among them, X-VAPE, RELX and other brand products were approved, while CHILLAX and SHFT were suspended.
Recently, the Office of Special Authorization for Atomized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products (OSMV), an agency under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), announced the list of companies that have registered for PS licenses as of December 27, 2024.
The list announced this time includes three categories: "E-cigarette Products", "Heated Tobacco Products", and "Suspended Brands".
Among them, the 6 e-cigarette importers that have obtained PS licenses include: X-Vape Tech Inc., Infinity Vapor Group Inc., Phantom Vape Group, INC., ODSI Assured Systems and Services Corp., One Tech Ventures OPC and Aerogin Consumer Electronics Trading Corp. The case involves products from seven e-cigarette brands: X-VAPE, TOMORO, VAGEND, PHANTOM VAPE, RELX, ONE BAR, KLIQ, TRUEZ & DON BARS.

Three importers of heated tobacco products that have obtained PS licenses include: Paris Tobacco Company Inc., PMFTC Inc. and Royal Connections, Inc. Six heated tobacco brand products are involved: HUNN, TEREA & HEETS, BLENDS, BONDS BY IQOS, TEREA and IQOS.

One importer of the suspended brand is SHFT Electronic Gadgets Trading OPC. Two e-cigarette brands are involved: CHILLAX and SHFT.
