Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau issued an announcement on soliciting public opinions on the "Guidelines for the Reasonable Layout of Tobacco Retail Outlets in Shenzhen by 2025 (Draft for Comments)"

After investigation, research, planning and demonstration, the Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau has re-planned and adjusted the "Guidelines for the Reasonable Layout of Tobacco Product Retail Outlets in Shenzhen" implemented on January 1, 2023.

In order to further optimize the reasonable layout planning of tobacco product retail outlets in our city, ensure that the number of retail outlets is coordinated with the development trend of the cigarette market, maintain the reasonable stability of the total number of retail outlets, and promote the balanced development of the tobacco retail market in our city, according to the "Tobacco Monopoly License Management Measures", "Tobacco Monopoly License Management Measures Implementation Rules", "Shenzhen Tobacco Product Retail Outlets Reasonable Layout Regulations" and other laws, regulations and normative documents, our bureau has re-planned and adjusted the "Guidelines for the Reasonable Layout of Tobacco Product Retail Outlets in Shenzhen" implemented on January 1, 2023 after investigation, research, planning and demonstration, and formed a new "Guidelines for the Reasonable Layout of Tobacco Product Retail Outlets in Shenzhen (Draft for Comments)", which is planned to be implemented on February 1, 2025, and is now open to the public for comments and suggestions.
