On September 11, 2024, the Dongguan Intermediate People's Court made the Civil Ruling No. (2024) Yue 19 Bankruptcy Application No. 175, ruling as follows:
From September 11, 2024, Just Electronic Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. will be reorganized in bankruptcy.
The liquidation group will transfer all relevant work to the administrator from today, and the administrator will perform his duties in accordance with the law to handle the subsequent matters of Just Company. All creditors are patiently waiting for the relevant announcement information of the administrator of Just Company.
