Juste Electronic Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. issued a self-liquidation announcement, announcing that it will start liquidation from now on and stop all business activities. The company said that due to the malicious unilateral termination of the contract by its main foreign customer JFT Co., Ltd., it suffered a loss of more than 60 million yuan, which caused serious difficulties in the company's operation and management, and had to decide to liquidate.
On the evening of June 3, Juste Electronic Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. issued a self-liquidation announcement, announcing that it will start liquidation from now on and stop all business activities. The company said that due to the malicious unilateral termination of the contract by its main foreign customer JFT Co., Ltd., it suffered a loss of more than 60 million yuan, which caused serious difficulties in the company's operation and management, and had to decide to liquidate.
The company has established a liquidation group, which is headed by Liu Dewen, and its members include Liu Dewen, Ge Yongbing, Zhao Shuang, Tang Shunliang, Ouyang Jiasheng, and Ma Shaojing. The liquidation base date is June 3, 2024, and the company will stop all business and start liquidation work on that date. Each creditor must declare their claims to the liquidation group within 45 days from the date of the announcement. Claims that are not declared within the deadline will be handled in accordance with the law.
