Ispire enters South African cannabis market with exclusive deal with Dank Pack

Ispire and South Africa's Dank Pack signed an exclusive distribution agreement, and both companies said the cooperation will promote the development of South Africa's cannabis industry.

According to PRNews on May 28, Ispire (NASDAQ: ISPR) reached an exclusive distribution agreement with Dank Pack, a major South African supplier of cannabis product packaging, accessories, pharmacy supplies and manufacturing equipment.

Ispire is engaged in the research and development, design, commercialization, sales, marketing and distribution of e-cigarettes and cannabis e-cigarette products, and owns or licenses more than 200 patents applied for or obtained worldwide. Its tobacco products are sold globally (except the United States, China and Russia) under the Aspire brand name, mainly through its global distribution network. Dank Pack is a major supplier of high-quality cannabis packaging, accessories, pharmacy supplies and manufacturing equipment in South Africa.
