Exclusive interview with OXVA: Southeast Asia and the UK market are the "basic market" and launched its own e-liquid brand last month

During the WORLD VAPE SHOW, the two supremes communicated with Robin, the EMEA regional marketing manager of the well-known open electronic cigarette brand OXVA, to discuss its recent development status and trends.
From June 12th to 14th, the World Electronic Cigarette Show (WORLD VAPE SHOW) was held at the Dubai World Trade Center. During this period, the two supremes communicated with Robin, the EMEA regional marketing manager of the well-known open electronic cigarette brand OXVA, to discuss its recent development status and trends.
Robin introduced that OXVA began to develop in the Southeast Asian market and initially established a solid market foundation in countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Subsequently, the brand began to expand into the European and Middle Eastern markets, and achieved good results in countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Spain, France, and the Middle East. However, the development in the US market is relatively general.
Talking about the reasons for the development of OXVA in the UK market, Robin said that at the end of 2022, competitors had some problems in the UK market, and customers began to seek alternatives, which provided opportunities for OXVA. The company seized the opportunity and actively promoted its products, and end customers gradually accepted OXVA's products, thus gradually rising in the UK market. At present, the UK has become OXVA's "basic plate".
In order to keep up with the market, OXVA officially launched its own e-liquid brand last month, and launched e-liquids with different packaging and flavors for different markets.
When talking about the challenges faced, Robin mentioned compliance pressure and pressure from competitors. For example, competitors of the same type of products may offer more preferential policies or increase market investment. In addition, the loyalty of dealers and consumers is not high, and they are more inclined to try new and better products.
Regarding the regulatory issues in the Middle East market, Robin said that many markets in the Middle East prohibit the sale of e-cigarettes, and even if sales are allowed, there are many restrictions. In addition, the logistics situation in the Middle East market is relatively chaotic, not stable enough, and the price is high.
Talking about his views on multi-functional open e-cigarettes such as games, Robin believes that although many companies are innovating, this is more like a gimmick for product promotion. He believes that the core competitiveness of the product still lies in the characteristics closely related to the atomization experience, such as quality, taste, and battery life.
