Different models of cartridges (Pods) and coils (Coils) are usually not interchangeable, and choosing the wrong one may result in the device not functioning.  Two Core Cartridge Platforms
The cartridges of the Caliburn series are mainly divided into two platforms, which are the basis for understanding compatibility:

G/G2 Platform (Old Model Universal Platform): Mainly used for Caliburn G, Koko Prime, G2, X, Tenet, etc. The cartridges of this platform are "replaceable coil type", meaning the cartridges themselves can be reused, and only the internal small coil needs to be replaced.

G3/GPP Platform (New Model Integrated Platform): Mainly used for Caliburn G3, GK3, G4, etc. newer models. The cartridges of this platform are "integrated coil type", meaning the coil and the cartridge are designed as a single unit, and they need to be replaced after use, which is more convenient.

Note: The Caliburn A2/A2S and A3/AK3 series are independent cartridge systems and are only compatible with their own dedicated integrated cartridges. They are not compatible with any other series.

How to choose and common questions
For convenience: Choose models on the G3/GPP platform (such as G3, G4), as the cartridges can be replaced immediately and used without the need to change the coils. This is most suitable for beginners or users who prefer a hassle-free experience.

For cost-effectiveness: Choose models on the G/G2 platform (such as G2, X), as the cartridges can be reused and only the cheaper coils need to be replaced. This results in lower long-term usage costs.

Be aware of coil burning: This is a common issue in electronic cigarettes. When the e-liquid is insufficient or the power is too high, the cotton will be burned, resulting in a chokingly bitter taste. At this point, you should immediately stop using it and replace the cartridge or coil. Otherwise, harmful substances will be inhaled.

Be alert to oil leakage problems: Some users have reported that the Caliburn X cartridges occasionally experience oil leakage or condensation accumulation, causing liquid to accumulate at the mouthpiece. Regular cleaning of the device contacts can effectively alleviate this problem.
