The decision was made at an advisory committee meeting chaired by Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus on the 12th. This policy adjustment is led by the Ministry of Health and aims to ban the import of e-cigarettes.
The Ministry of Health pointed out that the ban is aimed at protecting public health and protecting future generations from the harm of e-cigarette products.
