USA: Mississippi State Will Completely Ban The Sale Of E-cigarettes And E-liquids in December

According to a report by WLOX website on November 25th: The statewide ban on disposable electronic cigarettes and flavored e-liquids in Mississippi will officially enter the enforcement stage on December 1st, covering numerous popular products.
Since the 60-day transition period began in October, retailers are accelerating the removal of all electronic cigarette products that have not received FDA authorization and are not included in the state's directory. According to the new regulations, only products produced by "current FDA-authorized manufacturers" can continue to be sold, and all electronic cigarette products in the state must be registered and stored. Violating the regulations will result in a fine of $500 to $1,500 per product per day for each merchant.
The manufacturer and store owner of the local brand Paradigm, Vaporized, stated that most of their own products have met the state registration requirements, and the clearance process "has little impact", and believes that the new regulations will help reduce teenagers' access to electronic cigarettes.
However, for other tobacco stores, the impact is huge. The staff of ESmokeVapors said that almost all e-liquids in the store need to be removed, including all flavored products, and they hope to clear the inventory through the "Black Friday promotion": "Many customers use electronic cigarettes to quit smoking cigarettes. This ban has left them at a loss."
The state government stated that the core goal of this ban is to "limit minors' access to electronic cigarette products" and to promote the market to enter a stricter regulatory system.
